所作から美しく
美しい・きれい・かわいいなど、だれもが自分が納得できる姿になりたいです。
その際、写真のような停止している際の美しさの追求、例えばボディメイクする・化粧をする・エステサロン/美容外科に通うなどが中心になっているのではと、私自身の経験からも考えています。これも間違いなく大事です。
ただ、SNSは写真から動画に移行し、コロナが収束して直接会うコミニケーションが増える中で、動きは多くの情報を発信します。その際に、動いても美しい・きれい・かわいいと思っていただけるような「動くことでも美しい」を作っていければと思います。少し難しい言葉でいうのであれば「所作（しょさ）から美しく」がコンセプトです。
ウォーキング講師をしており、日々感じますが、人体は不思議です。動くために筋肉は構成されています。周りに笑顔が素敵な方はいらっしゃいませんか？笑顔は顔の筋肉の収縮により生み出される表現ですが、筋肉が衰えたり、うまく使えないと表情がくもるようになってしまいます。からだ全体も同じことで、動ける筋肉がバランスよく整っていることが大事です。そのため、最もベースとなる動きがウォーキングであり、ウォーキングを中心として皆様のボディメイクを含め「所作から美しく」をご提供していきます。

3歳よりダンスを始め、バレエ、ヒップホップ、タップダンス、ジャズダンスと幅広く勤しむ。その後、ダンスミュージカルで活躍、成績を残す。またJリーグ大宮アルディージャのチアリーダーやモデル業の仕事へも挑戦。舞台支援、デイケアセンター、幼稚園でのダンス指導も行う。
大学卒業後に大手航空会社へ就職、客室乗務員として世界中を飛び回りながら、顧客サービスを極めるべくサービス接遇検定、マナープロトコールの資格を取得、立ち居振る舞いなど美学を学び、その後大手外資系会社員として転職、現在もウォーキング講師も行うパラレルキャリアを築く。2021年、ミセスユニバースへ挑戦し、日本3位、その後世界大会へ出場。2022年度Best Body Japanにも出場し奈良大会3位、日本大会出場。
世界的なコンテスタントの育成のため、世界的にミスコン優勝者を多数輩出するタイ・Sharp & Sharpに短期留学し、日本初のSharp & Sharp公認講師となる。

She started dancing at the age of 3, and has danced ballet, hip-hop, tap dance, and jazz dance. Later, she was active in dance musicals and achieved good results. She has also tried her hand at modeling and cheerleading for Omiya Ardija of the J-League. She has also provided stage support and dance instruction at day care centers and kindergartens.
After graduating from university, she worked for a major airline company, and while flying around the world as a flight attendant, she acquired certifications in service hospitality and etiquette protocol to master customer service, and studied aesthetics such as behavior. In 2021, she competed in the Mrs. Universe competition and placed 3rd in Japan and later in the world competition, and in 2022, she competed in Best Body Japan and placed 3rd in Nara and Japan.
In order to train world-class contestants, she studied abroad for a short time at Sharp & Sharp in Thailand, which has produced many world-class beauty pageant winners, and became the first Sharp & Sharp certified instructor in Japan.
